A Note on Live Games

Live tables are filmed continuously by the studio operator as a condition of their licence. Those recordings are held by the studio, not by Winari, and are used to resolve disputes about a hand or a spin. Your name is not attached to the video; bets are identified by account reference.

Purposes

Identity and age verification, payment processing, fraud detection, dispute resolution, licence and anti money laundering compliance, and support. Marketing requires consent and is revocable from settings.

Recipients

Payment processors, verification providers, game and live studios, and regulators on lawful request — each limited to what its function requires. Data is not sold or passed to advertising networks.

Security, Retention and Rights

TLS encryption in transit, restricted and logged access to identity documents, and retention for the statutory period after account closure. Requests for access, correction, marketing withdrawal or deletion are answered within thirty days.
